Taking a stand against Father Time ...

OK. I'm drawing the line right here.

It has been brought to my attention that people are dying -- literally, dying -- to get featured on Friday Night Music, and that is not the kind of behavior that I can responsibly encourage. First David Bowie, then Glenn Frey, and now Paul Kantner of Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship.

I'm sorry, Paul, but as much as I like some of your music, I'm drawing the line right here, because who knows where it could lead if I don't. So as an alternative, here's a rocking little number by Josh Ritter, from his new album "Sermon on the Rocks." (He's scheduled to play Terminal West here in the ATL on Feb. 26, but it's already sold out).
