Here’s your copy: The legal opinion that says DeKalb has the right to relocate Confederate marker

A 30-foot Confederate monument in downtown Decatur, erected in the early 20th century, could be relocated to another visible site, but it can’t be destroyed or concealed, according to a legal opinion addressed to DeKalb County CEO.
